Check every document you need to take part in KEDARO Nexus competitions. Keep your paperwork up to date for a smooth event.
Required documents
Every athlete must present the documents below at event check-in.
Official photo ID
ID card, driver’s license or passport (original and valid).
RequiredLiability waiver
Filled in and signed by the athlete or by the guardian (minors).
RequiredDownload templateMedical certificate
Certificate of fitness for physical activity, issued within the last 12 months. A KEDARO Nexus requirement.
RequiredDownload templateAuthorization for minors
Required for athletes under 18, signed by the father, mother or legal guardian.
RequiredDownload templateBelt proof
Federation card, certificate or a statement from the instructor proving the belt.
RequiredImage authorization
Allows the athlete’s images to be used to promote the event.
