Jiu-Jitsu brings people together. Let us keep the spirit of the sport.

  • Gi and No-Gi

    Open mat for both Gi and No-Gi formats.

  • All belts

    Open to all belts and ages.

  • Respect

    Respect every athlete, regardless of belt, team or experience.

  • Safety

    Train mindfully, avoiding movements that could put your partner at risk.

  • No phones on the mat

    Phones are not allowed on the mat. Use them only in outside areas.

  • Hygiene

    Keep nails short, gi clean, personal hygiene in order and no shoes on the mat.

  • Children

    Children who are not training must stay on the benches under their parents' or guardians' responsibility.

  • Recordings

    Images from the event may be used and published by the organization.

  • Conduct

    Profanity, disrespect and unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated. The athlete may be removed from the event.
